When I was 26, after traveling through Europe and the Middle East for a year, I opened up a retail store on a Seacoast town in New Hampshire. It is still in business today, bought and sold several times now. I then worked at Timberland for five years in Product Development as a liaison, some of this time spent living in Europe. In addition, I worked for 3M as an outside salesperson. For the past 18 years have had my own private practice as a psychotherapist. I have an understanding of corporate life, followed a strong entrepreneurial path and am a small business owner.
My years of experience as a Psychotherapist has given me all the skills and tools I need to be a successful Leadership Coach. These two different professional backgrounds have graciously provided a means to coach leaders in our world today. We are in the midst of a dramatic cultural change that I am skilled and excited to be a part of.
In addition to my board certification for coaching (BCC) I am an Internal Family Systems Inspired Coach, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I received a B.A. in Business from Daniel Webster College and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Lesley University.
These are the private practices I’m associated with:
